Returns
You have [30 days] from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (if applicable).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Intimates (e.g., nursing bras, underwear)

Swimsuits

Personal care items (e.g., breast pumps, bottle nipples, pacifiers)

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at xintailong-trade@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10 business days] .
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability. The easiest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
